TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods by Syarikat Sarpac Industries Sdn. Bhd. ("The Company") to the customer ("The Buyer"). By placing an order or accepting a quotation from The Company, The Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations issued are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if raw material costs fluctuate significantly before an order is confirmed. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to the nature of industrial manufacturing processes, The Buyer acknowledges and accepts the following standard tolerances:

Quantity: Final delivered quantity may vary by +/- 10% of the ordered amount. The Buyer will be billed for the actual quantity delivered.
Color: Printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs or previous batches due to CMYK printing limitations and substrate absorption.
Dimensions: Finished box dimensions may have a variance of +/- 2mm.

Tooling and Molds

Any fees charged for dies, plates, molds, or other tooling cover only a portion of the manufacturing cost. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all physical tooling remains the exclusive property of Syarikat Sarpac Industries Sdn. Bhd. and will be stored at our facility for future production runs.

Payment Terms

Unless a credit account has been approved in writing, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the order, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or collection.

Claims & Returns

The Buyer must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. The Company’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund of the purchase price, at The Company’s discretion.
